Survival skill

It's kinda of dreadful thing when u saw a person can change abruptly from situation A to situation B. Yes, I am facing such awful thing. It's simply unpredictable when i seek advice from my boss. I saw his face change differently from a moment to another moment. Was it a training? Was it a decoy ? I seriously dun have idea.
